Location! Location!

central location decent choice compact room friendly staff

the hotel rocks a fantastic central location. It's seriously close to everything. The breakfast had a decent choice and they really kept it stocked. The room was small, so compact, but actually really comfortable. Plus, the housekeeping staff were super friendly.

the step into the bathroom, it's like a mini-cliff! I tripped there once but that was really the only thing.

i noted the hotel includes essential features for a comfortable stay, such as a reliable elevator for easy access to all floors, and efficient climate control in all the guest rooms. I saw they had vending machines, for snacks and drinks, near the reception area.

the reception staff are really on it. they were helpful with directions and advice about local attractions. I felt secure because there was a concierge service for assistance, and the hotel was very clean.

a charming stay in the heart of it all

central location helpful staff clean hotel

I loved the superb central location, everything was easily accessible. the staff was very helpful, they answered questions quickly before we arrived. we were able to leave our luggage after check out. the hotel was very clean. This added to my overall satisfaction.

the pillows were not very comfortable, i tossed and turned a bit.

A buffet breakfast was available with a good selection. Plenty of choice was available. breakfast included cereals, cheeses, yogurts and breads. eggs were cooked fresh. the selection of food was regularly replenished.

the location is very central and everything is easily accessible. it is very quiet in the evenings. many bars and restaurants are right next door. i found this very convenient. the main train stations are a short walk away

small room unpleasant breakfast

the location was fine because it was near shops.

I was very frustrated by the small size of my room. the bathroom was cramped. I could barely move. the breakfast service was also a mess. The staff ignored me. this made my mornings very unpleasant.

city view friendly staff comfy bed good breakfast

this hotel is center. it is handy to attractions. the room 306 was a nice size. it had a city view. staff were really friendly, i found. i happily stay there again. the bed are comfy and the room was very clean. also the breakfast was a good buffet.

the bathroom was small and strangely designed. it was hard to get in to the bath and shower. this is a problem for disabled people. the bar closed early, i think.

the room had two juliet balconies. one was in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. both opened facing the clocktower. the amenities in the room were luxe.

Acceptable, but Some Disappointments

slippery plastic shower basic hotel breakfast

The room was not excellent. The closet door opened with a piece of fabric. The shower was slippery plastic, a hazard. The air conditioning was stuck at 20 degrees. There was no extra blanket and no heat in the bathroom. Getting a shower in winter was not pleasant. The buffet breakfast was like a budget hotel, quite basic.
